Titties & Tequila

A Shrets (laura Hunter petree and Nora Tjossem) project developed from WANTERS road trip mythology as a disruption of the otherwise white, cis-male lineup at Footlight Bar’s Open Mic Night. Titties & Tequila was the recipient of the ‘Weirdest & Most Unique’ award at the Footlight bar with a cash prize of $5.

This is part of a larger Shrets project called ‘Open Mike’, which works to intersect the typically male, cishet, white performance venues, and in particular open mic nights.
